from Ang on 06/14/2015 07:15 PMnot really IMO, my ex had a great handshake but he still was an abuser but no one knew how he was at home. Including him, I have still had many of a person look me in the eye & still lie, these people learn these behaviors & then use them against you.

from Lady on 06/08/2015 03:49 PMI agree, you can't really tell. Some folks just don't realize they don't have a firm handshake. Then there are the "bone crushers" and it hurts especially if you have arthritic hands.

from JohnT on 06/08/2015 03:27 PMYes and No. With some you can tell by a weak handshake and no eye contact that that they are uncomfortable with people in general, but with others it may mean nothing and you need to know them for awhile to see that they have a strong character but are not into the preliminaries of introductions. No one handshake is a indicator of the person.
