Unable to embed video. Article 1-Section 8-clause 17 is the root of the problem with the Rothschild international bankruptcy document most call the Constitution. There are actually two. One for the Republic, which was abandoned in March of 1861. The second is for the municipal corporation in DC that started in 1871. It is the second that this video primarily deals with.
