Salad ( My mom use to make this salad quite a bit when I was growing up)
Ingredients :
Original recipe makes 8 servings Change Servings
1 (6 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O® mix
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained with juice reserved
4 large carrots, shredded
