Besides most Fruits and Vegetables, which foods have low Sodium and decrease your chances of getting a Heart Attack?

I don't have FaceBook, either, I understand. I understand what is like to go computerless for a while. HP (if you can find one on special, (computers are usually expensive, as you probably know)) has good laptops.
