open reply box, look right above where you cursor is. drop down font size box add pictures icon is on the right side. The far right icon looks like a paper with a red circle clich it and add embed video code.

Neanderthals had their shot and brain size didn't seem to help them much in the intelligence dept. If they were alive they probably would find someone to fight, every other species does.

For videos go to the far right icon BB - order HTML - Code einfugen and paste the embed code in the box. 

Pictures is to the right of font size click it choose file if on your hard drive or URL if you copied a URL off a website. To upload yours  Browse to find on your computer, Upload then click insert. Click on the picture if it doesn't work and it should show up in the box.

 Still working on replies myself, they just seem to get stuck at the end.
