would you buy a Peugeot again?
from John_reborn on 02/27/2016 09:11 PMOK, thats mainly a question to someonne who had or has one.
I had two, and I am done with this brand. This cars have massive design faults and therefore is reliability a strange word. Never passed an MOT without lots of repairs, and mostly tiny things, but so rubbish designed that it costs again and again a fortune to fix it.
For example: 206: When the steering console gets over 25 degC warm then switches the indicator lever the head lights on and no longer the blinker ... Nice on a warm day with a police car in front.
That lever costs 250 quit and to change it requires the removal of the steering wheel!
Was it too easy to bolt it just on from the side like in earlier days?
The car has just 80000 miles done and is actually ready for scrap heap now, bacuase more flaws are piling up.
Never again Peugeot.
Whats your experience?

from TheOtherTink on 01/13/2016 10:43 PMYou're welcome, Marianne.
I'm very impressed by this group. They are amateurs, but meticulously rehearsed.
